All excellent tips, especially No. 5! I never realized how crucial it is to have loving, positive and supportive people in your life until I got some not-so-great ones chirping in my ear.
ReplyDeleteGreat point! I find that I'm the most at peace with my body when I surround myself with grounded people. Even living in San Francisco, instead of Los Angeles, has had this effect!
DeleteI dont know how to face myself anymore, i was silly and i had a liposuction around one and half year ago and it ruined my thigh..i will able to wear shorts or go to the beach anymore without a pants on and i regret so much and i dont want to look myself in the mirror ...
